📖 SYNOPSIS
Naruto: Shippuuden Movie 2 - Kizuna is set approximately after the "Three-Tails' Appearance" arc of the Naruto: Shippuden anime series, which ends with episode 112. To celebrate Weekly Shounen Jump's 40th Anniversary, the movie was released on August 2, 2008 and registered a box office revenue of 1.16 billion yen. It was announced in the renowned magazine along with the DVD release date for the first Naruto: Shippuuden film. Naruto: Shippuuden Movie 2 - Kizuna's English version was released on DVD and Blu-ray on October 25, 2011 in North America. The movie has an animanga adaptation released in Japan on July 24, 2009.
