Goblin Slayer

In nearly every fantasy world you can think of, goblins serve as the tutorial enemies — the trash mobs you grind through before fighting the real threats. After he rescues a young Priestess from her party's failed quest, the two form an unlikely partnership and gradually build a group of companions who join his unglamorous crusade. Studio White Fox doesn't shy away from the gore or the darkness here — this is a world where being an adventurer can get you killed on day one, and the show makes sure you feel that weight. If you're into darker fantasy like Re:Monster or wanted something grittier than Banished from the Hero's Party, this scratches that itch.
