EPISODE CONTEXT
Following Episode 2's declaration of war against the Hero Association, Episode 3 delivers on that promise with Garou's first major offensive, turning abstract threat into visceral action. This is early-season escalation—only three episodes in, the conflict is already forcing heroes like Tank-top Master and Silverfang into reactive positions. It directly sets up Episode 4, 'Metal Bat,' where the hero side begins mounting its own response to Garou's rampage.
