EPISODE CONTEXT
Following the season opener 'Return of the Hero,' which reestablished the monster threat landscape, episode 2 introduces the season's central antagonist in Garou and his crusade against heroes — this is the inciting event that drives virtually everything forward. It also expands the hero roster with Hellish Blizzard, building out the political dynamics within the Hero Association. Consider this the launchpad for the Hero Hunter arc that will define the rest of the season.
