Hyper Rescue utilizes Drive Heads, special vehicles capable of transforming from car forms into humanoid walker vehicles, each designed for police, fire-fighting, and rescue operations.

Grade schooler Kurumada Gou and other children identified as suitable become Drive Head drivers, joining forces with the adult members of Hyper Rescue. Together, they race to the scene of emergencies, utilizing their unique vehicles and skills to safeguard the peace and security of humanity.
