Synopsis
Several months after the incident at the Tower of Babel, the world is at peace, but still rebuilding from the destruction caused. The bend in the earth's axis has shifted the poles 300km, leading to some unusual weather patterns. The Mobile Rescue Police have begun a Mk-III plan, to upgrade the Drive Heads.
