The Island of Siliang 3rd Season
Oshimeter
Synopsis
On an island nobody is allowed to leave, exiled gods, forbidden martial arts, and enough conspiracies to fill a novel all collide in one volatile place. That's the world of Juan Siliang, and by the third season of this ONA, things have gotten deeply complicated. Tu Li is a young woman who doesn't know she's got divine blood running through her veins. All she wants is to become a martial arts master and get off the island. Jing Xuan is a god pretending to be something less, quietly carrying secrets about the island's past and the deaths of people close to him. When their paths cross, the story becomes this layered thing about identity, rebellion, and what happens when the rules governing your life were written by beings who see you as disposable. The 3D animation from Wulifang and Year Young Culture leans hard into traditional Chinese aesthetics — think intricate architecture, flowing combat choreography, and an atmospheric soundtrack that actually earns the word "mystical." The power dynamics between gods, immortals, and humans give the world real texture instead of just being window dressing. If you liked the divine politics and visual ambition of Heaven Official's Blessing, or the raw artistic energy of Fog Hill of Five Elements, this sits in that same space. Fans of White Snake's blend of romance and Chinese mythology will also find a lot to appreciate here. It's patient storytelling with real emotional weight underneath the action.
