馃摉 SYNOPSIS
"Tetsujin 28-gou: Hakuchuu no Zangetsu" is a theatrical adaptation set in Tokyo, ten years after the Second World War. The story centers on Kaneda Shotaro, a brilliant young detective, and his giant robot, Tetsujin 28. A new character emerges: Shotaro's missing brother, who was trained to pilot a soldier robot, a relic of Japan's wartime efforts. With the war over, he finds himself in a peaceful society. Simultaneously, "Destruction Bombs" are discovered throughout Tokyo. These devastating weapons were developed by Professor Kaneda, Shotaro's father and the creator of Tetsujin 28, as a last resort to protect the mainland. The film explores themes of post-war rebuilding, the legacy of conflict, and the responsibility that comes with advanced technology.
