EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the season's midpoint, this episode closes out the training and preparation phase and formally opens the Provisional Hero License Exam arc. The previous episode focused on developing ultimate moves and costume upgrades, and 'The Test' carries that momentum forward by placing Class 1-A directly into the competitive arena alongside students from rival hero schools. Everything from here pushes toward the exam itself, making this a critical narrative pivot for the back half of Season 3.
