EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting right at the season's halfway mark after Episode 13's continuation of Tonegawa's management struggles, this episode deliberately breaks from the main narrative to establish Ootsuki as a secondary focal point. It kicks off a mini-arc exploring his character that carries directly into Episode 15, 'Playing Hard,' before the series presumably returns to Tonegawa's corporate battlefield for the back half of its 24-episode run.
