📖 SYNOPSIS

The anime centers on the Yomota family: Kinekuni, the 42-year-old father; Tamiko, the 38-year-old mother; and Inumaru, their 17-year-old son. Their ordinary lives are upended by the arrival of Maroko Yomota, a beautiful girl who claims to be Inumaru's granddaughter from the future. She explains she has traveled back in time using a time machine to visit her ancestors. While Tamiko strongly objects to Maroko's presence, Kinekuni and Inumaru welcome her into their home. This unexpected addition to the family begins to destabilize the established family structure, hinting at the potential for conflict and change within the Yomota household. The series explores the themes of family, time travel, and the consequences of altering the past.
