EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 4 closes out the Saya Tokido arc that began in the series' opening episodes and intensified through Episode 3's 'Darkness Executives,' bringing her storyline to its emotional resolution. As the midpoint of the eight-episode OVA, it serves as a natural turning point for the series. The next episode pivots to an entirely new character focus, launching Sasami Sasasegawa's arc with 'Sasami Turns into a Cat.'
