EPISODE CONTEXT
Five episodes in, Haré+Guu has firmly established its comedic rhythm and the core dynamic between its leads. This episode continues to deepen the pattern of Haré struggling to impose normalcy on a situation that refuses to cooperate, laying groundwork for increasingly elaborate chaos as the season progresses. At roughly the one-fifth mark of a 26-episode run, the show is still in full setup mode, widening the world and sharpening its character beats before the back half escalates the absurdity further.
