EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the near-midpoint of the 12-episode season, Episode 5 escalates from the team-building and recruitment phase of earlier episodes into a crucible that pressure-tests the group's cohesion. The training camp format gives the show space to deepen bonds — particularly around Makoto and Rei — that were only sketched during initial club formation. It directly sets up Episode 6, 'Shocking No Breathing!', which builds on the tensions and vulnerabilities exposed here.
