EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 8 brought researchers and princesses to Great Tree Village, and Episode 9 continues that expansion trajectory by establishing trade routes through Michael and introducing Hakuren's dragon lineage into the community. This is the third act of the season, where the village's connections to the outside world are deepening rapidly. It directly sets the stage for Episode 10's focus on Princess Yuri and the village's evolving diplomatic relationships.
