EPISODE CONTEXT
Eleven episodes into GT's 64-episode run, the series is deep in its Black Star Dragon Ball arc, with the crew's planet-hopping journey growing increasingly dangerous. This episode follows Pan and Giru's accidental detour aboard the Para Para Brothers' ship, landing them squarely in the grip of the Luud cult. It sets up a direct confrontation ahead, pushing Goku and Trunks toward one of the arc's more significant threats.
