EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off 'The Mysterious Shooting Message Case,' this episode continues establishing the Detective Boys as a regular fixture in the series, deepening their group dynamic and giving them increasingly complex cases to stumble into. It's still early in the show's run, firmly in the world-building phase where standalone mysteries define the cast's roles and investigative chemistry. These early outings lay critical groundwork for the Detective Boys' prominence throughout the series' long tenure.
