EPISODE CONTEXT
This episode is the direct and climactic continuation of the terrorist siege on police headquarters that ignited in Episode 3, bringing the 'Policetown Assault' storyline to its conclusion. Everything the previous three episodes built — Team Warrior's dynamics, their capabilities, and the escalating threat — converges here. As the final episode of a four-part OVA, it closes the chapter on this particular mission while leaving Team Warrior's world open for whatever comes next.
