EPISODE CONTEXT

As Episode 1 of a six-episode OVA series, this is the foundation everything else is built on — there is nothing preceding it, and its entire purpose is to establish the stakes, the world, and the key players. It sets up the central conflict between the Special Security Force and the terrorist threat that will escalate and complicate across the remaining five episodes. The moral ambiguities introduced here deepen significantly as the series progresses.
