📖 SYNOPSIS
X² double X serves as a brief prequel to the theatrical X film. This anime consists of four music videos. The first three videos utilize still images of CLAMP's artwork created before 1994. The fourth video, animated by Madhouse, is the only one with an actual plot. This animated video introduces several of the major characters featured in the X manga and quickly summarizes the events of the first few manga chapters, equivalent to the initial episodes of the X TV series. These events take place before the narrative of the theatrical movie begins.
