EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the end of the first third of a 13-episode season, Episode 4 directly escalates from the protective intervention Sakura and Sugishita made in Episode 3, turning a localized skirmish into a full-blown factional clash with Shishitoren's leadership. This is the episode where Wind Breaker transitions from character introductions and world-building into its first major conflict arc.
