EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at episode 11 of 12, this is the penultimate chapter and the series' dramatic fulcrum. It follows the more introspective 'What I Wish to Protect,' where Philia weighed her personal desires against her duties, and transforms those internal stakes into an external confrontation that will carry directly into the finale. Everything the season has built — Philia's growth, her bonds in the new kingdom, the simmering supernatural threats — converges here to set the stage for the final episode's resolution.
