EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 5 pivots from the superstition-driven antics of 'The Magic Spell' to establish a key relationship that will carry through much of the series — Tom and Becky's connection. This is an early foundational episode, introducing emotional stakes beyond Tom's adventures with Huck while setting the stage for 'Huck's House' in episode 6, which deepens the Tom-Huck dynamic and adds further complexity to Tom's expanding social world.
