EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off episode 24, 'Huck carries a Tie,' which explored Huck's uncomfortable brush with societal expectations, this installment pivots back to Tom's personal challenges and rivalries, keeping the series' character rotation fresh at the halfway mark. As episode 25 of 49, it occupies a critical midseason position where the show deepens its core characters before expanding its scope.
