EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 3's escalation of Kyouya's suspicions toward Nana, this fourth episode deepens that tension while broadening the cast dynamics with Michiru's introduction as a healer—a role that fundamentally shifts the power balance on the island. At roughly the one-third mark of this 13-episode season, the groundwork is being laid for the increasingly complex web of alliances and betrayals that Episodes 5 and beyond will exploit. This is a setup episode, but the kind where every new relationship introduced is a loaded gun.
