📖 SYNOPSIS
"Tailenders" is set on Tellus, a planet partially explored and inhabited by pioneers. The planet is frequently shaken by "Stampedes," earthquakes caused by terraforming machines. Shiro, a talented young racer, is severely injured while racing against his rival, Goodspeed, in pursuit of the legendary "Loser King." On the brink of death, he encounters Tomoe, a mysterious woman who offers him a second chance at life. In exchange, Shiro must participate in The Planet Re-Development Race, an annual competition. This race attracts daring individuals from around the globe, not only for the substantial prize money but also to explore the uncharted territories of Tellus. The anime explores themes of second chances, ambition, and the spirit of exploration in a dangerous and challenging environment.
