📖 SYNOPSIS
"Tabi" follows a young girl's voyage through a strange, anonymous Western city. The animation style is a unique cutout (kiri-gami) presentation, creating a surreal landscape. The city itself is a bizarre dreamscape, drawing inspiration from the works of artists like Dali, Magritte, de Chirico, and Escher. This journey is not only a physical one, but also an inner voyage, where the girl will experience the full spectrum of human emotion, including both pain and joy. Upon her return, she will be irrevocably changed by her experiences, yet she will be the sole possessor of this knowledge. The film incorporates a poem by Su Tong-Po, a famous Chinese poet.
