📖 SYNOPSIS
"Slide" is an animated story inspired by the life of figure skater Mao Asada. The animation was created by Tekken, who initially produced a shorter version in 2015. Following Mao Asada's retirement announcement on April 10, 2017, Tekken expanded the project, adding five minutes of new content to the original. The full version of the video, which required 2,890 hand-drawn sheets, was released on Tekken's official YouTube channel on July 10th. The story focuses on the figure skater's journey, as interpreted through Tekken's unique animation style.
