📖 SYNOPSIS
This TV special animation depicts the classic Chinese historical romance. The story unfolds during the Eastern Han dynasty, a time of instability where the imperial court's power has waned. The "Yellow Turban Party," a band of ruthless bandits, terrorizes the country. Witnessing the suffering, Liu Bei Gentoku, a descendant of the Chinese king, rises to action. He is joined by his sworn brothers, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei, who share his desire for peace. Gentoku employs secret and unusual tactics to gradually defeat the formidable Yellow Turban Party, becoming a hero of the era.
