π SYNOPSIS
Set in ancient China, "Yokoyama Mitsuteru Sangokushi" depicts a land ravaged by war as the Han dynasty's power wanes. The story centers on Liu Bei, a young man from the countryside who sells straw mats. Witnessing the suffering of the people, Liu Bei forms a bond of brotherhood with the valiant Guan Yu and the courageous Zhang Fei. Together, they pledge to establish a righteous kingdom, a haven for those oppressed by the chaos and injustice of the era. The anime explores themes of brotherhood, justice, and the struggle to build a better society amidst widespread conflict and political turmoil.
