馃摉 SYNOPSIS

"Saiyuki" follows the perilous journey of Sanzo and his three companions as they travel westward. Their mission: to prevent the resurrection of the powerful Gyuumao, a threat that looms over the land. Along their path, they encounter hordes of youkai, engaging in fierce battles to protect themselves and the innocent. Beyond the constant threat of demonic forces, the group frequently finds themselves embroiled in the problems of the townsfolk they encounter. They offer assistance, whether it be fighting off a local menace or simply lending a helping hand. This journey is filled with both danger and camaraderie, as the unlikely group navigates a world teetering on the brink of chaos. The series explores themes of friendship, duty, and the struggle against overwhelming evil.
