EPISODE CONTEXT
Following directly from the cruise ship episode that brought Tsuna's group to this destination, episode 31 marks the beginning of the Mafia Land mini-arc early in the series' long run. It introduces Colonnello, expanding the Arcobaleno lore that becomes increasingly important later, and transitions into the next episode's poolside conflicts—keeping the series in its comedic slice-of-life-meets-mafia groove before larger story arcs take hold.
