馃摉 SYNOPSIS
Set in Tokyo in 2120, "Psycho-Pass 3: First Inspector" follows Inspectors Arata Shindo and Kei Mikhail Ignatov of CID Unit One as they navigate a society controlled by the Sibyl System. The Inspectors find themselves at odds as they grapple with their differing views on truth and justice. Their investigation takes a dangerous turn when Koichi Azusawa, a criminal mastermind, initiates a series of crimes and sets his sights on the CID itself. The Public Safety Bureau Building becomes the target of Azusawa's assault, placing Unit One in unprecedented peril. This intense situation forces Arata and Kei to confront their own loyalties and the very foundations of their work. The film explores themes of justice, societal control, and the moral complexities of law enforcement in a futuristic setting.
