In the second Power Battle Watch Car movie, Jino, the Hero's Cup champion, receives an invitation to the notoriously brutal Ultimate Watch Car Battle League (UWB). On his way home from the UWB, Jino's Watch Car, Bluewill, is kidnapped, but eventually recovered. Determined to uncover the truth behind the league's dark reputation, Jino decides to hide his identity. He and Bluewill, now disguised as Bluethunder, enter the UWB, aiming to expose a hidden scheme. The film explores themes of courage, deception, and the importance of teamwork as Jino and Bluewill navigate the treacherous world of the UWB, hoping to become the new heroes.
