EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 45 serves as the climactic resolution to the Rayquaza arc that heated up in the preceding episode, 'The Plan to Capture Rayquaza,' where the Explorers' machinations brought the legendary Pokémon into direct conflict with our heroes. This episode delivers the payoff for that buildup, testing the Rising Volt Tacklers at their limit.
