EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at episode nine of eleven, this is the penultimate buildup before the series' final confrontations — the last chance for characters to face their inner demons before the tournament forces definitive answers. Episode 8 marked Peco's triumphant return to competitive form, and this episode widens the lens to show the ripple effects of that return on Dragon, Sanada, and the broader cast. Everything here is deliberate setup for episodes 10 and 11, where themes of heroism, sacrifice, and personal growth will demand resolution.
