Two outcasts with complementary skill sets: he kills the monsters, she figures out how to cook them. Their dynamic is the heart of this 12-episode TV series, and it's genuinely charming watching them bond over something everyone else finds repulsive. The romance builds naturally alongside the world-building around monster cuisine and noble politics. If you liked the "what does this creature taste like" energy of Delicious in Dungeon, or the adventurous food culture in Drifting Dragons, this hits a similar spot but leans harder into the romance.
