📖 SYNOPSIS
"Oshin" follows the life of a young girl named Oshin, born into a family of impoverished rice farmers. Her father and brother toil in the fields, while her mother, expecting another child, and grandmother struggle to provide sustenance. To alleviate her family's dire circumstances, seven-year-old Oshin makes the difficult decision to abandon her education and become a servant. This choice leads her into the household of a wealthy family, where she confronts trials and tribulations that test her resilience and push her beyond her worst fears.
