EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting just past the quarter mark of the 26-episode run, Episode 7 deepens the ensemble cast's dynamics after the first six episodes established the show's comedic language and core characters. Takasaki and Sakurai's relationship thread gets meaningful development here, planting seeds that will continue to grow across the season. The Shinonome household segments also continue building the warm comedic foundation that becomes increasingly important as the series progresses toward its more emotionally resonant back half.
