Deep into the filler stretch that dominates the back half of Naruto's 220-episode run, Episode 184 sits between 'The Star's Radiance' and 'A Legend from the Hidden Leaf: The Onbaa!' as another standalone character spotlight. It contributes nothing to the overarching Naruto-Sasuke narrative but continues the series' pattern of cycling through side characters for individual development episodes. Skippable for plot-focused viewers, but worth a look for Kiba completionists.
