EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 5's Quirk Apprehension Test, which established each student's baseline abilities, Episode 6 launches the Battle Trial Arc — the first real combat training at U.A. High. This episode is the essential setup for the direct Deku vs. Kacchan confrontation in Episode 7, escalating their rivalry from schoolyard tension to battlefield stakes. Sitting nearly at the season's midpoint, it marks the transition from introductory world-building into the character-driven action that defines the rest of Season 1.
