"Mobile Police Patlabor: The New Files" follows Special Vehicles Division 2 as they resume their duties in Tokyo. Equipped with their Ingram Patrol Labor robots, the officers, under the leadership of Captain Goto, are tasked with battling crime throughout the city. Beyond their law enforcement responsibilities, the team also faces the unusual, encountering supernatural elements that add another layer of complexity to their work. The series explores not only their professional endeavors but also the personal lives of the officers, showcasing the challenges and triumphs they experience outside of their duties.
