EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Episode 3's reincarnations as a hermit crab and a disembodied guiding voice, Episode 4 escalates the variety and absurdity of the protagonist's existential carousel. Each episode has been broadening the range of forms explored, and this one continues that pattern with increasingly mundane and inanimate subjects. It lays the groundwork for what appears to be an ever-expanding anthology of unconventional reincarnations yet to come.
