Synopsis

In a world where your worth is determined by magic, Mash Burnedead doesn't have a single drop of it. What he does have is absurd, physics-defying physical strength, which he uses to punch his way through every magical problem thrown at him. Season one established the joke. This second season, the Divine Visionary Candidate Exam arc, raises the stakes considerably. After Mash's secret gets exposed to the magical authorities, he's basically sentenced to death. The only way out is earning a spot as a Divine Visionary candidate before the year ends, which means surviving an exam designed for the most elite mages alive — using nothing but his fists and an unwavering love for cream puffs. The comedy here works because it's so committed to the bit. Mash doesn't struggle or angst about lacking magic. He just deadpans his way through increasingly ridiculous situations while the world around him loses its mind. A-1 Pictures keeps the animation sharp across all 12 episodes, and the fight choreography leans into the absurdity in a way that genuinely lands. If you liked One Punch Man's "overpowered protagonist who doesn't care" energy or Black Clover's "no magic in a magic world" setup, this covers similar ground but goes harder on the gag humor. Fans of Mob Psycho 100's blend of comedy and surprisingly sincere character moments will find a lot to like here too. Also, the opening theme by Creepy Nuts is an absolute earworm — fair warning.

As usual with this anime, I laughed so hard my stomach hurt, especially since the fights are even more absurd than usual.

The fights were great, animation was perfect, and the unexpected part was we didn't see any fights with mashle and innocent zero.. I did expected a ton of blood bath battle between those two,

This episode was very action-packed. The fight continued, and the enemy showed some really powerful abilities, which made the battle more interesting. But I only have one question — how the heck is Mash flying in the air though!! 🤔
