Marry Me, Let's Have a Baby!
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Meet Taika Inaba, a single office worker dealing with something most anime won't touch: erectile dysfunction. He's at a speed-dating event, trying to get his life together, when he meets Ayano Katase, a doctor who's upfront about wanting kids. They actually hit it off, but Taika bolts because, well, his condition makes things complicated. Then he goes to get medical help and guess who his doctor turns out to be. The twist is that his problem seems to vanish around Ayano specifically, which leads them into a contract marriage arrangement focused on conception. It's awkward, it's weirdly sweet, and the premise actually has more going on than you'd expect from an 8-episode ONA in this genre. This one's adapted from a manga and comes in two versions — a toned-down broadcast cut and an uncensored premium edition, so pick your comfort level. The romantic comedy backbone gives it more substance than a lot of its peers, and the central dynamic between the leads has genuine chemistry built around vulnerability rather than just fan service setups. If you've watched Souryo to Majiwaru Shikiyoku no Yoru ni or Skirt no Naka wa Kedamono Deshita and wanted something with a slightly more grounded hook, this covers similar territory but with a premise that feels less contrived. Studio LEO handles the 2025 production, and the short episode format keeps things moving without dragging.
