EPISODE CONTEXT
Five episodes in, the show has finished laying its foundation — the girls are apprentices, the Maho-dou is their base, and now the series starts exploring what that actually looks like day to day. This episode follows the establishment of the apprentice setup and pivots toward the recurring business-and-magic slice-of-life structure that will define much of the season. It sets the template for how Doremi and her friends grow not just as witches, but as a team.
