EPISODE CONTEXT
Following the premiere's high-speed train ambush and Taishi's fateful encounter with the mysterious attaché case, this second episode establishes the Kishin Corps' headquarters and expands the cast significantly — essential groundwork for a seven-episode OVA. By demonstrating that even the Corps' most secretive stronghold isn't safe from attack, it escalates the alien conflict and sets the stage for the increasingly desperate military engagements that will define the series' middle stretch.
