EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 7 ended with a performance derailed by physical conflict, and 'The End' lands directly in that fallout — legal pressure and personal obligations now threaten to dissolve what Lucifer has built. At episode 8 of 44, this is still early-season groundwork, but it functions as a critical reset point that redefines the stakes for each band member. Episode 9, 'On the Street,' will pick up the pieces, making this the essential low before any potential rebuild.
