There's a real warmth to how the show pairs a serious workplace setting with the awkwardness of someone experiencing attraction for the first time. If you liked the adult workplace dynamic of Wotakoi: Love is Hard for Otaku or the endearing power gap in My Senpai is Annoying, this hits a similar sweet spot — except the setting is a police department and the lead could probably arrest you mid-date.
