EPISODE CONTEXT
Arriving roughly at the season's one-third mark, Episode 8 opens a new multi-episode mystery arc after the resolution of earlier standalone and short-arc cases that established the club's dynamic and Oreki's reluctant brilliance. The unfinished film premise introduces a longer investigative throughline that will carry across subsequent episodes, giving the Classics Club their most sustained challenge yet and deepening the character relationships forged in the first seven episodes.
